Thanks to 팀장님, our funeral was filled with respect and gratitude from start to finish. Passing of my dad was incredibly sad, but through our funeral led by 팀장님, our family was able to acknowledge my dad's life and to say final goodbyes. From my first phone call to 팀장님 and to the time we left the charnel house, we thank 고이 and 팀장님 for everything. With 고이 and 팀장님, we received so much support from everyone involved, including 2 helpers (도우미) and 1 more funeral director who provided extra assistance when we laid our dad in the casket. Though it was difficult time, we also had the chance to reflect on how important the family is to one another and to remember my father with grace. When we laid my dad in the casket (입관식), we were impressed by 팀장님 and his assistant. Though it was sad, all the processing led by 팀장님 was with professionalism, respect, and grace, and we were able to properly say our goodbyes to my dad. The casket was so beautifully decorated and we sincerely felt 팀장님's appreciation and professionalism with directing our funeral. We will never forget it. Also, all the consultations and Q&A (deciding the charnel house, payments...) with 팀장님 was crystal-clear and easy, which made our funeral even more comfortable. Cremation reservation was done quickly, and other small details were taken care by 팀장님 in an instant. During the sad times, we were able to focus only on the funeral. Thank you 고이 and 팀장님 for everything, and we will never forget all the services and help you provided during our 3-day funeral from start to finish.
